Glass Barrette - Large
Colorful patterns in a fused glass make these small barrettes a winner!
Paulina Rubilar is an artisan with more than 22 years of experience in fused glass handcrafts creation. She started with a small amount of materials but a huge amount of creativity that enabled her to eventually buy her own oven. Paulina uses a technique called vitrofusion. The glass pieces are cut and cleaned, then placed on a tray to be hand painted. They are finally placed in an 800°C oven for the melting process, resulting in their characteristic look.
One glass barrette.
